1. When will my order be shipped?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
2. How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 7–12 business days depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs or local courier delays.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link via email. You can also use your tracking number on our Order Tracking page.
4. What if I need to change my order?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it. After this time, we cannot guarantee changes as your order may already be in production or transit.
5. What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, non-customized items within 30 days of delivery. Please visit our Return Policy page for more details. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping rates and times may vary based on destination.
7. Is my payment information secure?

8. I received a damaged or defective item, what should I do?
We’re sorry! Please email us at support@hotinus.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item. We’ll be happy to send you a replacement or issue a refund.
9. Why did I only receive part of my order?
To speed up delivery, items may be shipped separately from different warehouses. Don’t worry – the rest of your order is on its way!
